Combine sugar, butter, vanilla, salt and flour, press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Pastry ready.
Cut apples and bake at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Mix sugar, cheese, eggs, vanilla for the cream and put on the pastry. Put the baked apples on the cream.
Bake at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.
