Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Beat in cream of tartar and vanilla. beat in ¾ cup sugar. Sift together remianed sugar, flour and cocoa. fold into egg white mixutre. Pour into ungreased tube pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. you can sprinkle with powdered sugar, drizzle with chcocolate sauce, top with fresh fruit, have it plain!!
