Green Curry Paste *

10  Green Jalapeno Peppers
5  Green Thai Chili Peppers
½cups Sliced Cilantro/Coriander
8  Cloves Garlic
¼cups Chopped Shallots Or:
¼cups Chopped Lemon Grass Or:
1tablespoon Dried Lemon Grass
5  Thin Slices Fresh Galangal
1teaspoon Cumin
1teaspoon Shrimp Paste

Green curry paste is used to make the hottest of all Thai curries.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
