½	cups	Cocoa; baking
2	teaspoon	Baking soda
1	teaspoon	Cinnamon; ground
1	teaspoon	Salt
¾	cups	Vegetable shortening
2	cups	Sugar
2		Eggs; large
1	teaspoon	Vanilla
1	cups	Applesauce
1	cups	Buttermilk
1/3	cups	; boiling water
		-----chocolate fluff
2	oz	Unsweetened chocolate
½	cups	Confectioners' sugar; sifted
¼	cups	Butter or margarine;
1	teaspoon	Vanilla
2		Egg whites; large
1	cups	Confectioners' sugar; sifted

Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside. Cream toge

CHOCOLATE FLUFF FROSTING:

Melt chocolate over hot water. Cool to room temperature. Blend together
