FIRE CAMP CHILI INGREDIENTS:

Fire Camp Chili

Instructions:
Yield: 120 servings
100lb Pinto Beans
48lg Onions, Chopped
4cups Jalapeno Chiles With Juice
40lb Meat (Ham, Sausage, Pork,
  Bacon, Ground Beef, Etc)
4cups Chili Powder
  Salt To Taste

Soak beans overnight, then raise to a boil on high heat. Add all ingredients and simmer until tender (about 6 hours). Add water as necessary. Stir occasionally. Makes 60 gallons. Winner, 1987 World Championship
